2 Night minimum on weekends.
 3 Night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
 5 night minimum for July 4th (July 2 - 7).
 $100 Deposit required to hold site.
 $145 Deposit on all holidays & weeks.
 Refund 15 days before reservation date ($10 handling charge).
Refund 60 days before reservation date if made a year in advance ($20.00 handling charge).
